Simple 5-Step Treatment
Step 1 — Warm the engine
Bring the engine to full operating temperature to prepare the lubricating system for comprehensive cleaning.
Step 2 — Drain and Refill with Clean Oil
Drain the old oil and refill with clean oil to reduce existing contaminants from degrading the flushing process.
Step 3 — Add and Circulate the Formula
Add Flushing Oil Concentrate to the engine oil and run the engine to begin dissolving sludge and deposits.
Step 4 — Let It Work As the Engine Runs
Run the engine at fast idle so the formula can dissolve and suspend contaminants throughout the system.
Step 5 — Drain and Replace Oil
Drain the contaminated oil while still warm to fully remove dissolved and suspended sludge, replace the filter, and refill with new oil.
Total treatment time: Approximately 45 minutes of engine run time is added during a standard oil change.

Why Engine Sludge Is So Destructive.
Inside every engine, contaminants naturally build up in the oil over time. These particles act like a fine abrasive, accelerating wear between critical components such as piston rings and cylinder walls, bearings and shafts.
As contamination increases, oil loses its ability to adequately lubricate, cool and clean the engine. The result is reduced lubrication effectiveness, increased friction and wear, and a very high risk of engine failure. Usually, this damage develops gradually and goes unnoticed until sudden catastrophic damage occurs.
Why Standard Oil Changes Aren't Enough
While regular oil changes are essential, they do not remove all the sludge, varnish, and carbon deposits that accumulate throughout the lubrication system. These contaminants build up in oil passages, oil-ring segments, and other critical areas.

How Flushing Oil Concentrate Works
Flushing Oil Concentrate is formulated to thoroughly clean the entire lubrication system by safely and effectively dissolving and suspending harmful deposits so they can be removed during a simple routine oil change.
Added to the engine oil prior to draining, the formula works under normal operating conditions to dissolve and hold sludge, carbon, and other contaminants in a fine suspension within the oil. This allows these harmful contaminants to be drained out with the oil, rather than remaining caked inside the engine.
Unlike harsh solvent-based flushes, Flushing Oil Concentrate uses a highly concentrated blend of premium detergents and dispersants that are completely safe for seals, O-rings, and bearings. It cleans remarkably effectively without the risk of damage to critical components.
What Happens After Treatment
Once the contaminated oil is drained, the engine is left remarkably clean throughout the entire crankcase and lubrication system. This restores correct oil flow and restores the engine’s ability to lubricate, cool, and operate efficiently.
