Thick, engine-destroying oil sludge usually results in engine failure
Contaminants will always be present in engine oil. Over time, these contaminants settle out, and as this happens they inevitably block oil galleries and form deposits on critical engine parts . At best, this will reduce an engine’s performance and life. At worst, it can be potentially disastrous to an engine. When the oil is heavily contaminated, the contaminants clump together, increase in size and mass, and sludge and deposits rapidly accumulate. Eventually they bake onto the internal engine components, usually causing engine failure if not removed.
Modern diesel fuel can cause costly repairs
Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel, today’s low emission fuel, has brought with it a host of potentially costly problems. Modern High Pressure diesel injection systems (HEUI, HPCR and CRDi), have been developed and refined to very accurately deliver fuel into a diesel engine. They work on extremely fine tolerances and extremely high pressures (25,000 – 30,000PSI), and are incredibly susceptible to fuel contamination. Amazing Product
"I tried the Flushing Oil Concentrate on my 2016 F250 6.7 with 180k miles. I've never seen a clean dipstick on that engine as diesels are well known for dirty oil. You have to do two oil changes but after carefully following the directions I saw a oil color I've only ever seen on brand new engines. Sludge shock
“I just bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 with the Cummins 5.9 with 211,000 miles. It had no service history, the oil looked the worst I’d ever seen, really black and gritty. Remarkable improvement

I own a 2002 Peugeot 308 with a 2.0 turbo diesel. (mileage: 290K kilometers/180k miles)
When I purchased this vehicle it was at 150k (93K miles) and felt under-powered due to the mileage.
