Unattended Delivery Authority

When you order products, you must indicate if you authorize the shipping provider to leave the package if the delivery address is unattended. You can indicate your authority by clicking Yes or No in the “Unattended delivery authority” in the Checkout section.

Click YES if you authorize the shipping provider to leave the package at the delivery address if it is unattended at time of delivery.

Click NO if you do not authorize the shipping provider to leave the package at the delivery address if it is unattended at time of delivery, and the package will be marked “Signature required” at the time of shipping. If the delivery address is unattended and a signature cannot be provided at time of delivery, it is assumed that the shipping provider will retain the package and attempt to deliver at another time of their choosing. Delivery will be delayed if the delivery destination is unattended at the time of any delivery attempt. The responsibility rests with you to follow up with the shipping provider for any delivery or pick up information you feel is necessary. Extra costs incurred, if any, are your responsibility.
